In October 2008, the company acquired Event Bookings Limited, a U.K. company engaged in the development and sale of specialized computer software for events, conference management, and related services. In December 2008, the company acquired Electronic Data Filing Inc., a Canadian filing agent specializing in one-on-one filing and conversion services. In April 2009, the company acquired Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, a U.S. based claims and noticing agent, and provider of administrative support services and technology solutions to companies undergoing corporate restructuring or Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
