Transfield Services WorleyParsons Nouvelle Caledonie would be named as Transfield Services WorleyParsons Nouvelle Caledonie. Sofregaz has a strategic alliance with Worley Parsons Ltd. for developing projects in the field of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The partnership would be based on shared understanding on market potentiality of natural gas. This alliance would work on a global scale, with particular reference to North America, China, India, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands. History WorleyParsons Limited was founded in Sydney in 1971. The company was formerly known as Worley Group Limited and changed its name to Worley Parsons Limited in 2004.
