Acquisition of Popcornopolis On September 17, 2021, through one of its subsidiaries, the company acquired a 100%-stake in Popcornopolis, LLC (Popcornopolis), company operating in the United States of America and which main activity is the production, distribution and sale of popcorn under the Popcornopolis brand.
