History The company was founded in 1946. It was incorporated as in 1971. The company was formerly known as Tecnica de Desarrollo Publicitario, S.A. de C.V. and changed its name to Grupo Radio Centro, S.A. de C.V. in 1992 and then to Grupo Radio Centro, S.A.B. de C.V. in 2006.
