About Cofinimmo

Cofinimmo is a Belgian real estate company and is one of the listed office property portfolio on the European market. The company’s portfolio currently comprises 132 properties (on 99 sites), mainly situated in Brussels (90%) and Antwerp (8%), and occupied by 380 customers. The great bulk of these properties is made up of office buildings (98%). The total area of the portfolio is 801,000m2, with an estimated investment value EUR 1,787 million. Cofinimmo has been listed on Euronext Brussels (COFB) since 1994 and adopted the status of Société d’Investissement à CApital Fixe Immobilière (Sicafi) in 1996. In it’s management mode, Cofinimmo, with its own commercial team, gives priority to direct relations with its customers, providing them with quality properties offering maximum flexibility of occupation and a range of support services. Cofinimmo, which operates independently, assumes full responsibility for managing its portfolio of properties. Together with its subsidiary company Cofinimmo Services, the company employs 62 staff, 37 of whom are directly involved with client relations. It is organised as a service provider, giving priority to keeping directly in touch with the customer on a permanent basis.
