BCI This segment’s service line includes IT architecture consulting, customer experience management, business process and change management and transformation and system integration services. This segment focuses on building repeatable concepts for customers with predefined business practices. The segment focuses on Finland and Sweden, and it serves customers also in Norway, Austria, the Baltic countries and Russia. Services are delivered primarily by employees based in the Nordic countries, as well as through delivery centers in the Baltic countries and India. Industry Solutions This segment’s service line is embedded in its three industry groups having their customers primarily in the Nordic countries. The company has industry solutions for its worldwide customer base in the oil and gas, payments and forest sectors. Product Development Services This segment provides product development services with focus on telecom, expanding to new domains, such as automotive. Services are provided worldwide for communications infrastructure companies, consumer electronics and semiconductor companies, as well as automotive industry. Global services are provided primarily from delivery centers in Poland, China, Sweden, Czech and Finland. Acquisitions In 2018, the company completed the acquisition of Petrostreamz AS; NSEC AB; and Meridium AB. History The company was founded in 1968. It was formerly known as Tieto Oyj and changed its name to TietoEVRY Oyj in December 2019.
