Personal and Business Banking The Personal and Business Banking segment provides banking and other financial services to individual customers and small- to medium-sized enterprises. It offers residential accommodation loans, credit and debit cards, short-term and long-term insurance products, and financial planning services. This segment also offers installment finance primarily for vehicles in the consumer market, as well as finance of vehicles and equipment in the business market. In addition, it provides deposit taking activities, electronic banking, cheque accounts, and other lending products. It provides short-term and long-term insurance products, mainly through third parties, and financial planning services to clients. Corporate and Investment Banking The Corporate and Investment Banking segment offers commercial and investment banking services to corporates, financial institutions, and international counterparties. It offers foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, equities and commodities trading, securitization, debt origination, money market funding, and resource banking services; corporate lending and transactional banking, custodial services, trade finance, and property related lending services; and equity investment and advisory, project finance, structured lending, and asset and wealth management services. Investment Management and Life Insurance The Investment Management and Life Insurance segment provides long-term investment, life and disability insurance, pension fund management, endowment, retirement annuities, corporate benefits, and health care and health insurance, as well as investment-related advice and solutions.
