Divisions The company operates in the following divisions: Domestic Food; Consumer Healthcare; Fishing; and Exports and International. Domestic Food division The Domestic foods division is a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of major food brands. This division includes grains, groceries, snacks & treats and beverages, value added meat products, and out-of-home. Grains: The Grains businesses include Ace, Albany, Golden Cloud, Jungle, King Korn, Morvite, and Tastic. Groceries: Groceries include All Gold, Black Cat, Colmans, Koo, and Fatti’s & Moni’s. Snacks & Treats and Beverages: Snacks & Treats and Beverages include Anytime, Black Cat, FFWD, Jelly Tots, Inside Story, Wonderbar, Smoothies, Maynards, Beacon, Energade, Oros, Hall’s, and Roses. Value Added Meat Products: Value Added Meat Products include Enterprise, and Like-it-Lean. Out of Home: The Out of Home Solutions business includes Food service and home meal replacement. Fishing division The company is involved in deep-sea ?shing, fresh and frozen ?sh and processing and marketing of ?sh products. Oceana is involved in the ?shing, processing, marketing and trading of a variety of marine species. It also has interests in cold storage operations. Sea Harvest: Sea Harvest includes Feasts of Flavour, and Simply Delicious. Oceana: Oceana include Lucky Star and Glenryck. Consumer Healthcare division The Consumer Healthcare division is a manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of personal care, babycare, and homecare brands. Personal care: Personal care includes Gill, Ingram’s Camphor Cream, and Lemon Lite. Homecare: Homecare includes Airoma, Doom, FastKill, ICU, Jeyes, Peaceful Sleep, Rattex, and Bio-Classic. Babycare: Babycare includes Elizabeth Anne’s, and Purity. Exports and International division The company has direct and indirect interests in international food businesses in Chile, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Cameroon. This division includes the operations of Empresas Carozzi (Chile, Peru, and Argentina), National Foods Holdings Limited (Zimbabwe), DATLABS (Pvt) Limited (Zimbabwe), Haco Industries Kenya Limited (Kenya), and Chococam S.A. (Cameroon).
