Steel, North America This segment includes the production of steel and related products in the U.S. and Canada. Coal This segment includes coal mining and enrichment. It also includes operations of Nakhodka Trade Sea Port as it is used to an extent for shipping of products of the coal segment to the Asian markets. Other operations This segment includes energy-generating companies, shipping and railway transportation companies. History The company was founded in 1992. It was incorporated in 2011 as a public company under the laws of the United Kingdom.
