The Teck Cominco has the option to purchase 200 surface acres of the leased property. The company owns mineral rights and properties to approximately 8,200 acres in the Metaline District, located in Pend Oreille County, northeastern Washington State. Golden Chest Mine: The company acquired the long-term lease on the Golden Chest Mine from Paymaster Resources Incorporated, as well as Paymaster's Exploration Agreement with option to lease on the mine with New Jersey Mining Company, of Kellogg, Idaho. The Golden Chest Mine, located 1.2 miles east of Murray, Idaho, consists of approximately 230 acres of patented mining claims situated in Murray district.
