Segments The company operates through four segments, Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail banking, and Business Banking. Corporate and Investment Banking This segment provides comprehensive banking products and a range of services to multinationals, large domestic corporates and other institutional clients. This segment focuses on customers in key industry sector with minimum annual turnover of N20Billion. This segment also provides finance solutions to meet the short, medium and long-term financing needs for the company’s clients, as well as relationship banking services to its financial institutions customers. Commercial Banking This segment has presence in all major cities in the country. This segment provides commercial banking products and services to the non-institutional clients, medium and small corporate segments of the Nigerian market whose annual turnover is above N1bn. This segment also provides financial services to public sector, commercial institutions and oriental corporates. Retail Banking This segment is the retail arm of the bank, which provides financial products and services to individuals (personal and inclusive segments) and private banking segment. This segment focuses on offering bespoke services to high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNI) by handling their wealth portfolio needs both locally and abroad. Business Banking This segment is a hybrid of Commercial and Retail Banking divisions. This segment focuses on small and medium scale enterprises, providing them with business solutions to support their growing business needs. This segment delivers commercial banking products and services to SME customers with annual turnover of less than 1billion.
