Policy and charging rules function (PCRF), a software component designated in real-time to determine policy rules that accesses subscriber databases and other specialized functions, such as a charging system PCRF supports the creation of rules and then making policy decisions for each subscriber active on the network. BSSs are the components that the company uses to run its business operations towards customers. Together with operations support systems (OSS), these are used to support various telecommunication services. BSS and OSS have their own data and service responsibilities. Enterprise resource planning is a system that handles all essential business functions, such as accounting, HR, sales, marketing, service, warehousing, and more. The SAP B1 system provides a complete visibility and control help the company run its business processes professionally. In 2017, the company acquired 51% equity interest in GNS Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. (GNS Malaysia), which engages in the provision of network design, construction and maintenance services for fibre optics backbone and fiber-to-the-home broadband services. GNS Malaysia’s offerings are that of connectivity at multiple levels of the telecommunications industry ranging from standard cable assemblies and loopbacks for the equipment manufacturing segment to optical drop cables to support service provider networks.
