Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. provides slow and controlled release fertilizers (SCR) to the agriculture market in China. The company’s all production facilities are located in prime agricultural regions of China. The company combines its proprietary technology with single nutrient fertilizers (primarily nitrogen) and compound fertilizers (multiple nutrients) to produce SCR fertilizer products such as: Single Nutrient SCR fertilizers, such as sulfur coated urea (SCU), polymer coated urea (PCU), and urea formaldehyde (UF); and Multiple Nutrient SCR fertilizers, such as homogeneous nitrogen, phosphate and potassium (NPK) granules, sulfur or resin coated NPK, and blended SCR fertilizers. The company’s SCR fertilizers are used in China and to a more limited degree in other nations for agricultural purposes, being applied to corn, rice, oil palm, soybean and wheat crops. Joint Ventures Fengxi – The company signed a joint venture agreement in September 2007. Operations of SCU fertilizer plant in Shanxi province commenced in 2008. Shandong Mingshui Great Chemical Group (Minghua) – The company signed a joint venture agreement in July 2008 to construct and operate a PCU fertilizer plant in Shandong province. Anhui Linquan Industry Chemical Co., Ltd. (Linquan) – The company signed a joint venture agreement in November 2007 to build a SCR fertilizer plant in Anhui province. History Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. was founded in 1996.
