Infinito Gold Ltd., a development stage company, engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of deposits of precious metals and minerals primarily in Central and South America. Brazil Parima: The company has an agreement for the acquisition of approximately an 85% interest in 15 concessions located in the Sierra Primary region of the State of Roraima, Brazil. Costa Rica The company has an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in 10 mining concessions known as the Crucitas Gold Project located in northern Costa Rica. Nicaragua In 2008, the company signed an option agreement with Radius Gold Inc. of Vancouver for exploration of the Carol concession, situated near the town of San Pedro del Norte, Nicaragua. Maple Creek, Guyana The company owns the 40 percent minority interest in Vanarde Mining Inc. (Vanarde), the owner of the Potaro Diamond project. This provided the company to explore for diamonds or gold in areas controlled by it. Guyana Potaro Concessions: The company entered into various agreements to acquire a 100% interest, subject to royalties, in mineral permits and concessions located in the Potaro Mining District #2. Marudi Mountain: The company has agreement to acquire 100% of the exploration license to the Marudi Mountain Gold Project in southern Guyana. Paint Mountain: The company, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Vannessa (Guyana) Inc., was granted by the Government of Guyana the right to occupy and conduct geological and geophysical surveys for minerals in an area in southern Guyana. Significant Events In February 2010, the company announced that an option agreement with a private individual has been signed for further exploration of the Zungano concession located in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. The area in the concession that is of immediate interest is near the Chachagua River about 25 kilometers north-east of the town of Quilali.
