Entertainment Gateway Group Corp., EGGstreme (Hong Kong) Limited and Karton Limited (EGG Group): EGG Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides digital media content and applications. GTI Business Holdings, Inc. (GTI): GTI, a wholly-owned subsidiary, primarily invests, purchases, subscribes for or otherwise acquires and owns, holds, sells or otherwise disposes of real and personal property of every kind and description. WIRELINE BUSINESS The company provides wireline voice communications (local, national and international long distance), broadband and data services to individuals, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), corporations and enterprises in the Philippines through Innove. Voice Services The company's wireless voice services include local, national and international long distance (ILD) access throughout the Philippines, and international roaming services through various arrangements with foreign operators. The company also offers ILD (international long distance) access to approximately 200 destinations. Through the Bridge Alliance, the company's traveling subscribers can enjoy a suite of value-added services, such as a flat data roaming rate across 11 countries, as well as prepaid top-up facilities. Through its G-Webcall service, frequent travelers can also stay connected to their families in the Philippines through voice calls from a PC using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology. The company also partnered with selected Bridge Alliance members to offer co-branded SIMs to OFWs, which provide them discounted call and SMS rates when connecting with families and friends in the Philippines. It also launched an OFW Family Pack, which includes 2 SIMs –an activated international roaming SIM which can be delivered worldwide to the OFW. Data and Other Value-Added Services The company offers wireless data services, such as basic SMS messaging, enhanced SMS, mobile advertising and mobile commerce services. SMS: The company introduced various SMS packages customized to the different needs and lifestyles of its postpaid and prepaid subscribers. These include all-day, daytime, and night time unlimited SMS offers, as well as packages which provide both unlimited intra-network SMS and discounted inter-network SMS. Both types of service offers are available to Globe and TM subscribers. Value Added Services: The company offers a range of value-added services covering the areas of information and entertainment (‘infotainment’), messaging and mobile banking. For subscribers with Internet-capable handsets, Globe also introduced its Mobile Internet Flexible Browsing Rates which allow subscribers to choose the way they would be billed for the service. On the mobile content and applications side, Globe partnered with Yahoo! to provide access to online content through the Yahoo! Go 2.0 application which includes OneSearch, Flickr, local maps and email. M-Commerce Service The company offers a cashless and cardless integrated payments service through GCash. GCash allows Globe and TM subscribers to pay or transact for the following using their mobile phone: domestic and international remittances; utility bills; interest and amortization of loans; insurance premiums; donations to various institutions and organizations; sales commissions and payroll disbursements; school tuition fees; micro tax payments and business registration; electronic loads and pins; and online purchas. WIRELINE BUSINESS Innove provides wireline voice communications (local, national and international long distance), broadband and data services to individuals, SMEs, corporations and enterprises in the Philippines. Consumers The company's postpaid voice service provides basic landline services, including NDD calls to other Globe landline subscribers. The service can be customized with the following optional value-added services - IDD, phone lock, call waiting and forwarding, multi-calling, call waiting ID, caller ID, special numbers and voice mail. For fixed wireless broadband connections using the company's 3G with HSDPA network, it offers broadband packages bundled with voice, or broadband data-only service with a 512 kbps connection. Postpaid Visibility plans include unlimited and capped mobile Internet plans, enabling affordable Internet access via 3G with HSDPA, EDGE, GPRS, or WiFi at hotspots located nationwide. Prepaid Visibility subscribers can access the Internet with a plug-and-play USB modem and browse using either time or usage based rates. Visibility SIMs can also be used for voice, text, VAS and roaming. In February 2009, Visibility was relaunched as Globe Broadband Tattoo to consumer markets with increased free browsing hours for postpaid plans and lowered modem prices for prepaid kits. Enterprise and Corporate/SME clients For its corporate and enterprise clients’ wireline voice communication needs, the company offers postpaid service bundles which come with a business landline and unlimited dial-up Internet access. The company also provides a suite of telephony services from basic direct lines to ISDN services, 1-800 numbers, IDD and NDD access, as well as managed voice solutions such as VOIP and managed IP communications. Value-priced, highspeed data services over its nationwide broadband network are available which include domestic and international data services, wholesale and corporate Internet access, data center services, and segment-specific solutions customized to the needs of vertical industries. Globe Data Center: Globe Data Center provides managed space and carrier-class facility for co-location requirements, hardware from partner vendors for off-site deployment, 24x7 monitoring and management, maintenance for application-hosting, and high-speed and secure LAN-based Internet connectivity to co-located and hosted servers and applications. Solutions also include Business Continuity and Recovery services, such as offsite media storage and disaster recovery services to ensure immediate availability of information technology resources to continue mission-critical operations. Globe Broadband Access: Globe Broadband Access is a network access solution that provides customers with ultrahigh speed fiber optic network connectivity over a fully redundant and DWDM-based fiber backbone. Broadband Internet customers can subscribe to DSL access packages, Internet Direct services for guaranteed service levels over leased line facilities, Broadband Internet Zones (BIZ) for broadband to room Internet access for hotels and transient travelers, or wholesale Internet access through Internet Exchange (GiX). The company also offers bandwidth-on-demand packages based on average usage payment schemes through GiX Burstable service, as well as Freeway IP for wholesale Internet access through managed international private leased line circuit to the United States. Dial-up customers can avail dial-up services ideal for small office environments, enabling multiple users on a small LAN to access the Internet. Internet Café Kit or I-cafe Kit: It is a business-in-a-box solution to help entrepreneurs start their own Internet surfing or gaming businesses, which includes hardware, software, connectivity options, marketing support, consultancy and after-sales support in partnership with other service providers. Inventory Ordering System: It is a business solution specifically designed to cater to retail requirements of SMEs by providing a platform and system application that can be customized for any multi-site company with franchises, commissaries, warehouses and backend ordering operations. Mobility Bundle: It is a special Visibility subscription packaged with a laptop or other devices like PDAs and PC cards which allows entrepreneurs and executives to access the Internet and data via 3G with HSDPA, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi and dial-up transport channels. Store Express: Store Express allows clients to link their retail branches to the head office via IPVPN using a combination of leased line, DSL or dial-up connection. This service provides access to information on retail chain sales and inventory systems at reasonable rates. The service also provides Internet access, web and email hosting, business continuity and recovery services, managed customer premises equipment, remote video monitoring, POS software and hardware bundles in partnership with equipment providers. Tracker Corporate Edition: Tracker Corporate Edition is the enterprise Web-based application that enables a company to monitor and track company personnel and resources such as vehicles and mobile assets. TxtConnect: It allows subscribers to send high-volume text broadcasts to pre-registered groups and include value added services, such as generation of reports on sent and received messages, sending messages on a set schedule and transmitting system-generated SMS messages. Webeye: It is a remote web-based video solution that complements any existing CCTV set-up and allows subscribers to monitor physical resources in multiple outlets and locations through a broadband Internet connection.
