Revenue generated from Property Development segment maintained a growth as a result of the continuous growth of property contracted sales, strict construction management control and timely delivery of units in 2017. The normal operating circle of the company’s Property Development ranges from one to two years. As of December 31, 2017, the company’s Property Management segment undertook contracts to manage properties with total gross floor area of approximately 329.5 million square meters in approximately 240 cities across 28 provinces in Mainland China for approximately 1 million homeowners.
