New York Project The project site with a site area of approximately 1,367 square meters is located in the Lower Manhattan of New York, the U.S. at 80 South Street and 103 Front Street. With Downtown Brooklyn in the east, New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty in the south, the World Trade Center in the west, the Brooklyn Bridge in the north, the project site is a parcel for both commercial and residential developments. Project Hawaii The project site with an area of approximately 70,000 square meters is located at Oahu Island of Hawaii, the U.S. The project is expected to be developed into two luxury branded hotels and residential condominiums. History The company was formerly known as Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited and changed its name to China Oceanwide Holdings Limited in 2014.
