Portfolio As of June 30, 2018, the company had a property portfolio of 303,172 square meters of land, comprising commercial, retail and residential assets in Singapore and New Zealand. The company also has presence in New Zealand and Australia. Yellow Pages Building The company owns the Yellow Pages building, which is a 7-storey property zoned light industry and located in District 12. Pakuranga Town Centre The company also owns Pakuranga Plaza, a neighborhood shopping centre with a total gross floor area of 30,068 square metres. Anchored by three tenants – Countdown, Farmers and The Warehouse, the centre is also a local business hub with five banks, a NZ Post in the area and the Plaza Tower office; and also includes community amenities, such as Pakuranga Library, Howick Local Board and Plunket. Remarkables Residences Remarkables Residences is the company’s residential development located in the Queenstown’s Frankton district. Remarkables Residences is under construction. Stage One is committed and Stage Two is being marketed. Bellfield Estate Bellfield Estate is located at Bellfield Road, Papakura, and is approximately 22 hectares in size. The company intends to develop the land and subdivide it for sale, and is also exploring the development of part of the land into residential houses and commercial units. Civil works are underway and the project is being prepared to take to market. Dispositions In January 2018, the company transferred 100% of the interest held in its wholly owned subsidiary, SG Innovation Hub Pte Ltd, to another wholly owned subsidiary, GYP Investments Pte Ltd. In 2017, the company disposed of 80% controlling interest in eFusion Solutions Pte Ltd. History The company was founded in 1967. It was formerly known as Yellow Pages (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and changed its name to Yellow Pages (Singapore) Limited in 2004. Further, the company changed its name to Global Yellow Pages Limited in 2009 and then to GYP Properties Limited in October 2018. The company was incorporated in 2003.
