Writing and Printing Paper Writing and printing paper is the business unit in charge of production, marketing and sale of various papers for the writing and printing market in Israel. The company produces and distributes a collection of papers, including paper rolls, sheets, and A4 packages for various clients and producers. The company developed Repaper, the paper that is made of 100% wastepaper. It is sold for commercial use in various formats – industry paper, notebooks, A4, and others. The company benefits from distribution rights and co-operation with major international companies, among which are APP, a major global paper products co-operation; Stora Enso, an international co-operation for chromo paper products; and Reno De Medici, an European company that specializes in recycled paper products. Packaging Paper The company is the sole producer in Israel of packaging paper for the corrugated cardboard industry (box making industry). The entire range of company products are made of 100% recycled wastepaper (cardboard and newspaper), which is collected from different sources nationwide, primarily by Amnir Recycling Industries Ltd. (Amnir Recycling). Amnir Recycle Amnir Recycling is the major Israeli company in collection and recycling services of wastepaper, cardboard and plastic waste, electronic waste and other recyclable materials. The company collects and handles approximately 400,000 metric tons of raw materials annually, which are redirected to the recycling industry. Among Carmel Frenkel’s clients are the major companies in their fields in Israel. In addition, Carmel Frenkel exports products to Europe and the USA. History The company was founded in 1951. It was formerly known as American Israeli Paper Mills, Ltd., and changed its name to Hadera Paper Ltd. in 2008 and then to Infinya Ltd in February 2022.
