The company holds interests, directly or indirectly, in a number of exploration properties located in Serbia, Canada, Bulgaria, and Ecuador, including: 100% of DPM Avala d.o.o. (Avala), which focuses on the exploration and development of the Timok gold project in Serbia; 19.4% of INV Minerales Ecuador S.A. (INV Minerales), which focuses on the exploration and development of the Loma Larga gold project located in Ecuador; and A 51% interest in the Malartic gold project located in the Archean Abitibi greenstone belt near Vald’Or, Canada, with the remaining 49% held by Pershimex Resources Corporation. 8.9% of Sabina Gold and Silver Corp. (Sabina), which focuses on the development of the Back River project in southwestern Nunavut, Canada. Discontinued Operations In May 2021, the company sold its 73.7% ownership interest in MineRP Holdings Inc. (MineRP), which owns MineRP Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, an independent mining software vendor with operations in Canada, South Africa, Australia and Chile.
