The company holds the Rovina Valley Project through a mining license, which covers a total of 27.68 square kilometres (the ‘Rovina Licence’). The Rovina Valley Project is the company’s sole exploration-development project in Eastern Europe. Subsequent exploration by the company defined three copper-gold porphyry systems or deposits, such as Rovina (the ‘Rovina Deposit’), Colnic (the ‘Colnic Deposit’), and Ciresata (the ‘Ciresata Deposit’). The Colnic Deposit is located approximately 2.5 kilometers (km) south of the Rovina Deposit and the Ciresata Deposit is approximately 4 km south of the Colnic Deposit. Discontinued Operations In July 2020, the company sold its ownership interest in Vilhelmina Mineral AB. History The company was incorporated under the federal laws of Canada (the Canada Business Corporations Act) in 2003. It was formerly known as Carpathian Gold Inc. and changed its name to Euro Sun Mining Inc. in 2016.
