It also holds a 50% interest in the Ruddock Creek lead/zinc property in British Columbia. The company has interests in various other early stage exploration properties. History The company was founded in 1959. It was formerly known as IMI Imperial Metals, Inc. and changed its name to Imperial Metals Corporation in 2002.
