The company holds an indirect 100% interest in the Josemaria deposit through its Argentine subsidiary, Desarollo de Prospectos Mineros S.A. The company holds eight exploitation licenses (minas) and one exploration license (cateos). Total holdings cover an area of approximately 16,425 hectares. History The company was founded in 1983. It was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) in 1983. The company was formerly known as Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. and changed its name to NGEx Resources Inc. in 2009. Further, the company changed its name to Josemaria Resources Inc. in 2019.
