Exploration Properties Apolo Concessions The company, through its wholly-owned Chilean subsidiary, ATEX Chile SpA, holds an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Alicia, Roma and Condor gold properties, collectively known as the Apolo Concessions, covering a total area of 14,900 hectares located in Region III, Chile. Valeriano Property The company, through its wholly-owned Chilean subsidiary, ATEX Valeriano SpA, holds an option agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Valeriano Copper/Gold Property covering an area of 3,705-hectares located in Region III, Chile. History The company was incorporated in 1981 under the laws of the province of British Columbia. It was formerly known as Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd. and changed its name to Colombia Crest Gold Corp. in 2011 and then to ATEX Resources Inc. in 2019.
