Sunnyside Project The company owns the Sunnyside Project, which is located in the Patagonia Mountains of southern Arizona. The project covers approximately 21 square kilometers (5,223 acres). Four Metals Project In 2018, the company entered into a definitive option agreement with MinQuest, Ltd. and Allegiant Gold (U.S.) Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allegiant Gold Ltd. to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Four Metals property (a 760-acre property) located in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. Two targets exist at Four Metals property, including the Red Hills deposit, which is a copper-molybdenum-silver-gold bearing breccia pipe; and a conceptual porphyry copper target. San Antonio Property The company owns 100% interest in the San Antonio project that is located in the Patagonia Mountains of southern Arizona and is approximately 25.5 square kilometers (6,300 acres). History The company was formerly known as Barksdale Capital Corp. and changed its name to Barksdale Resources Corp. in February 2020.
