The Atacama Cobalto Project consists of 1,059 hectares and is located 3 km east of the Cerro Iman Mine. The area of interest hosts various other mining companies and is situated near the mylonitic corridor that is part of the Atacama Fault System that hosts various IOCG deposits in northern Chile. The Atacama Cobalto Project corresponds to a ‘cobalt anomalous IOCG’ associated with the geographic area. The Atacama Cobalto Project benefits from access to infrastructure, including port access, energy supply, and access through the Pan American Highway. Ontario, Canada – Cobalt Properties The company has the option to earn a 60% interest in two principal cobalt properties, The Teledyne Cobalt Property and the Glencore Bucke Cobalt Property, in the mining favourable jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada. The two cobalt properties are adjacent to each other and are situated approximately 6 km east-northeast of the town of Cobalt, Ontario. A cobalt ore custom mill exists within 2 km of the Teledyne Cobalt Property Ramp. The Teledyne Cobalt property consists of 5 patented and 8 unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 607.1 hectare, while the Glencore Bucke Cobalt Property Bucke Property consists of 1 patented mining claim covering an area of approximately 16.2 hectare. Incahuasi Lithium Project The property is located on the northernmost section of the Incahuasi salar, 75 km southeast from both the town of Tilomonte, Chile and the Salar de Atacama. The Incahuasi Lithium Project consists of 10 mineral exploration concessions totaling 2,300 hectares with the adjoining 9,843 hectare property located directly over the national border in Argentina is held by Advantage Lithium. British Columbia, Canada – Copper Gold Property ‘Mineral Mountain’ The company owns 100% interest in 9 mineral claims comprising 19,665 hectares (197 square km) located in North Central British Columbia. Hedge Hog Property (Copper, Gold) British Columbia The company has one Copper Gold property in the mining favourable jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada, such as the Hedge Hog Property. The Hedge Hog property includes seven MTO mineral tenures covering 2,417.7 hectares (5,972 acres) and is located approximately 80 km northeast of the town of Quesnel, BC and 20 km north of the historic gold mining towns of Wells and Barkerville.
