In 2017, the company announced that it had sold 100% of its share holdings in Sonoro Energy Iraq B.V., which held the Salah ad Din Asphalt License Agreement. History The company was incorporated in 2000. It was formerly known as Sonic Technology Solutions Inc. and changed its name to Sonoro Energy Ltd. in 2010.
