Acquisitions In July 2008, the company acquired AC Consulting Ltd, which offers engineering consulting services; Advanced Separation Engineering, which offers mineral separation technology; and HRS Ltd, which offers rail maintenance. In February 2009, the company acquired Lowan Management Pty Ltd, which involves in the acquisition of patents.
